a count on your daily calorie intake. You are not going to rev up your
metabolism by eating a huge calorie filled food or snacks often. Add easy
exercises to your daily routine and walk more often. Include green tea in your
diet, get a sound sleep, drink lots of water throughout the day, avoid oily
