Introduction:

According to W.H.O(word health organization), Obesity has doubled world wide since 1980 and in 2014,  more than 1.9 billion adults who are 18 years and older were overweight. Research has shown that more than 39% of adults were overweight in 2014 and 13% were suffering from obesity. Overweight increases persons serious illness.

Today’s reality is in such a way that it is easy to gain weight than to lose. Large percentage of citizens were increased in risk for developing chronical disorders. 

Obesity is epidemic in U.S. survey has shown that sixty percent of americans are considered to be overweight. There are several ways to lose weight that are given below.



Tips to weight loss:


      1.    Avoid Sugars or carbohydrates in your diet:

 When it comes to weight loss one of the most important things to do is to cut down sugars in   your diet. When you remove sugars or carbohydrates in your diet your hunger will be     reduced and you end up eating much fewer calories. Your body will store carbohydrates as   fat. Additionally, removing sugars from your diet will lower insulin levels, it causes your   kidneys to shed excess sodium and water out of the body.


2.     Increase your metabolism rate:

To increase your metabolism rate keep a count on your daily calorie intake. You are not going to rev up your metabolism by eating a huge calorie filled food or snacks often. Add easy exercises to your daily routine and walk more often. Include green tea in your diet, get a sound sleep, drink lots of water throughout the day, avoid oily foods and junk foods. Make sure that you are eating a healthy diet and engage in physical activities. It will all help you to increase metabolism and also for weight loss.




3.  Avoid Skipping Meals

If you want to loss weight then its important to follow sensible weight loss journey. Skipping meals will not help in weight loss but it may help in your physical and mental wellbeing. Eat meals from time to time, especially the morning breakfast which is much more important, increase in protein intake in your breakfast meal will help you to stay fuller for a longer duration. When you are hungry you are less likely to make healthy food choices.


     4.   Make a Day’s Eating plan

          It may sound like weird but you must follow this to live a healthy life. Make a plan for            eating and follow it in your daily basis. 


     5.   Physical Exercise

Exercise does help you to lose weight but not in the way you think. Exercise won’t effect much to your weight loss journey but it may help you to burn off extra calories through increased physical activity. If you are jogging moderately for about 30 minutes burns around 300 calories. As exercise also helps in cut of heart diseases.
